SPRING IS IN THE AIR

With the advent of the warmer weather, Blue hills is being transformed into an oasis of colour and life. The trees planted last winter are now in leaf and all the shrubs and annuals are now in full bloom. “We’ve planted 2,476 plants to date,” landscaper David Rust said, “It’s always such a pleasure to see the fruit of all that work.”

The administration building’s garden is the most colourful, with petunias, lobelia, camelias, azalias, roses and pansies giving residents and visitors a fabulous view from the sunroom.

Tim’s Court is now complete with 5 units now sold and occupied by happy residents. As Blue Hills develops and grows, these first residents will be looked upon as the pioneers of the new estate.

Stage 2 of the development is also well under way and the bridges and boardwalks at the lakes should be completed by the end of October. A well planned and designed garden is also in progress for this new area, which in time will be a wonderful place to sit and relax.
