WE'RE MAKING PROGRESS

Madeleine display units fully built, furnished and landscaped |

| Spacious bedrooms |
After 12 months of solid work, the roads, pathways, gardens and units
in stage 1 are nearing completion. Fully appointed and furnished with
the very best white goods and fixtures, visitors are now able to come
and inspect the 4 villa styles in their completed state.

| Bright, expansive kitchens |
"It's been a long, hard road but we are now seeing the fruit of all our
labour. The reaction from our visitors has been fabulous and the fact
that we have sold 23 units is a tribute to all the tradespeople and engineers
who have worked so hard," says Jodie Johnson.
Indeed, when you consider that 12 months ago there was little to Blue
Hills but a vast paddock, it is amazing to see the amount of work completed
in that short time.

The 4 different display units are now available for viewing between 1pm
and 5pm seven days a week. The Courtney is the smallest at 9.5 squares
(88.8m2), next is the Camilla at 13 squares (123m2), then the Annaleise
at 15 squares (141.5m2) and finally the Madeleine at 17 squares (159.3m2).
The Annaleise, Camilla and Madeleine units are available with lock-up
garage, the Courtney and Camilla have a lock-up garage in stage 2.

"Everyone is more than welcome to come and take a guided tour... we'll
even make you a nice cup of tea to have in our lovely administration building,"
says Julie Broadhead, head of sales and marketing. "Most of our visitors
end up staying for hours while they asses the pros and cons of each unit,
and the stage in which to buy. All of this information is available on
our website: www.bluehillsresidences.com."

NEW RESIDENTS
On July 30th, our first new residents arrived at Blue Hills. Ted and
Edie moved into their brand new Camilla on Tim Court, while Don and Joy
settled into their spacious Madeleine. Tim Court has never looked so busy,
with two removalist trucks coincidentally arriving at the same time. "They
were just so thrilled to be moving into their brand new homes," said Jodie
Johnson.
The next residents to arrive in Tim Court will be Clare and Alf on the
13th of August with Dorothy and Lance arriving at the end of the month.
STREETSCAPE SPLENDOUR
Last
Thursday, amongst much excitement, our long awaited street trees finally
arrived. Fifteen, six foot tall Pin Oaks were planted along Howard Gate
by our own Tony and David, using a large crane to lower them into position.
We now have a very grande entrance for our visitors to enjoy when arriving
at Blue Hills. In time, these beautiful trees will become a feature of
the Village.
CRANBOURNE PUSH FOR AGED CARE
In a bid to alleviate the chronic shortage of aged care beds in the
Cranbourne area, Blue Hills has applied for a Commonwealth grant to build
a 105 bed nursing home.
Cranbourne MP, Gary Rowe, has thrown his support behind the application,
especially in light of the Federal Government listing Cranbourne as a
high priority area for nursing beds. Federal MP Ann Corcoran has also
raised concerns about the chronic bed shortage 3 months ago. She says
there are only 428 beds in the city of Casey, when there should be 675.
She recently invited Shadow Health Minister, Stephen Smith, to meet with
local Health bodies and the City of Casey to hear their concerns.
Mr. Smith says that there is a problem with the delay of processing aged
care funding, rather than a lack of it.
In the meantime, Blue Hills is allocating $2 million to build the aged
care facility at Berwick Cranbourne Rd.
