This is a 21st century facility with everything a person could want for in resort style living. Known as the Blue Hills Stephanie Apartments, eighteen fully self-contained apartments are on offer, all with modern and ergonomically designed features as standard.

We have already sold several apartments and are eagerly awaiting the arrival of our new Stephanie Apartment residents.

We even supply 1 hour per week of home maintenance and cleaning as part of the deal. All you will need to worry about is which particular activity you will be attending today...with so many to choose from, your decision may be the most diffcult thing you do all day.

OUR OUTDOOR FEATURES

Undercover BBQ. The rotunda just next to the tennis court is ready for any family BBQ's you may wish to hold.

Just waiting for the fish! Once the gardens are established, we think these lakes will be the amongst the most beautiful areas at Blue Hills, perfect to sit and read a good book in springtime.

The Fountain of Youth? The beautiful fountain at the end of Howard Gate and in front of the Community Centre, is dedicated to the memory of Stephen Johnson.

The imposing entry to Blue Hills Residences has been greeting visitors and residents for some time now. We expect an explosion of colour once the plants bloom in Spring, providing a warm and colourful hello to all, whether day or night.

Among the many outdoor features that are now complete at Blue Hills, we have our fabulous outdoor giant chess set, where you can literally get a work-out while having a game of chess.

Just next to the chess game, is our community BBQ for those summer lunches. Located under our huge pergola, the inclement weather should be no problem in any season.

The lakes are now nearing completion with plants expected to be planted within the next few months. They will become oasis within the village, a place of peace and tranquillity; to repose, engross yourself in a good book or simply read the morning paper.

Caravan and boat storage is also available to residents: simply hitch up and off you go, knowing that your residence and belongings are safe and secure within the estate.

The beautiful fountain at the end of Howard Gate is a fitting legacy to the memory of Stephen Johnson, husband of Jodie and father to Annaleise and Madeleine.

Anyone for tennis? ... and in all weather! The Blue Hills astro-turf tennis court is ready for action! Organise a game with your neighbour or with the whole family; simply book at the Administration Building for the amount of time you need the court, grab your shorts, skirts and Dunlop Volleys then away you go!

THE WORK GOES ON

Yes, the work goes on! Stage three of Blue Hills is now well under way with road construction beginning soon. We will soon see a forest of timber grow in the North-West of the site as unit construction begins later in the year.

Yes, stage three is now under way. Roads are being constructed, sewer pipes are in, electricity and water pipes are on their way.

The aged care facility is being built next to stage three with works progressing well. The facility should be operational by the end of this year.

THE BOWLS RINK WILL BE READY SOON

All that's missing is the green part! Located to the West of the Admin Building, the bowling green will be ready for play late Spring.

Not only will the new bowling green provide a spectacular view from the windows of the Community Building, we believe it will become one of the most popular of our social activities. The Blue Hills Bowls Club will be af?liated with the RVBA, the governing lawn bowls body in Victoria.
It is being built to competition standard allowing for the playing of pennant games. All residents will be welcome to compete and from these a team will be picked by the elected committee to represent Blue Hills Residences at an inter-team level.
